Clare Dolan commenced with the first Presentation that had been shown to the Infrastructure Advisory Committee spring 2017. She is in charge of Beach Management for Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership (ESCP) working on operations and research at Havant Borough Council (HBC). Further to our previous correspondence I wanted to inform you that we have received additional information and revised plans for this application. Flooding & Emergency Issues

HIRA's forthcoming open Public Meeting Thursday 7:30 pm October 19th at Hayling College's Main Hall hosts Presentations by Havant Borough Council Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership on the latest studies concerning flooding and coastal protection issues that affect Hayling Island coasts. We also have two speakers addressing key issues regarding Havant Borough Council's Emergency Draft Plan for Hayling and Community Resilience. Please bring your written questions to leave at the door on entry so they can be put to the speakers after their presentations. Thereafter questions will be taken from the floor. Essential Water Supply Maintenance – Avenue Road, Havant Road, Hayling Island Please be advised that on Tuesday 10 October 2017, Portsmouth Water will be carrying out essential maintenance work to the water supply network at the above location. After consultation with Hampshire Council highways department and to allow us to carry out this work safely, it will be necessary to undertake these works in the evening.
