Havant Borough Local Plan
A current Local Plan could have saved Rook Farm. The last one was rejected in 2023 by the Planning Inspectors, partly on lack of consultation, and partly, bizarrely, on Hayling’s traffic.
So we MUST ALL support the new one, the Emerging Local Plan 'Building a Better Future’, by responding to the Consultation. Even just to say you support it.
The deadline is Wednesday, 9 September at 5pm.
