Havant Borough Council's Consultation on the Draft Borough Local Plan to 2036 runs from Jan. 8th - Feb. 16th throughout the Borough. Hayling's Exhibitions will be: United Reformed Church, Hollow Lane on Friday Jan. 26th 3-7pm; Hayling Island Community Centre, Station Rd. on Wednesday Jan. 31st 3-7pm.
