HBC Press Release offers residents "Wellbeing Permit": Parking at the seafront just got cheaper
If you enjoy walking at dawn or exercising your dog at dusk why not apply for the new wellbeing parking permit for Hayling seafront, that can be used seven days a week – including bank holidays.
The wellbeing permit is available to use in all six of Hayling seafront car parks and is now available to residents across the borough, so everyone can enjoy the seafront at a reduced cost
