This is a critical year for Hayling Island's future direction.
Havant's proposed Local Plan would prevent new big developments on Hayling. The last one got rejected, partly because of poor public consultation and support. Come and hear from the experts why it's so vital that we support this one and respond to the consultation.
Havant and Hampshire Councils are going to disappear in the next 2 or 3 years, and the Unitary Council that will replace them will be bigger and more remote than Havant Borough Council.
So is it the time for a Hayling Island Town Council? Come and hear the pro's and con's from people who know.
