Rook Farm: Highways Response

Hampshire County Council Highways Development Planning has issued its response to the Outline Planning proposal and it merits careful reading. The conclusions are encouraging for those who are deeply concerned about the pressures that this proposed development would have on our infrastructure. However it is important that everyone takes the time to read through it, not only because there is at least some detail that everyone can understand, but also because everyone needs to have some understanding of the reasons for the Document's conclusions.
