As you may be aware, the above planning application was granted planning permission by the Council on 15th September 2023 but was then the subject of a Judicial Review brought by the Saving Tournerbury Woods group. The Council received an Order from the High Court on 10th March 2025 quashing the planning permission granted in 2023 for the Tournerbury Woods weddings and events venue. As a consequence, this means that the application has been remitted back to the Council for re-determination.

Since the original application was determined the applicants have submitted updated ecological information pertaining to the application, as well as additional material relating to a Landscape and Visual Appraisal and Lighting Report. This information, together with that previously submitted and still forming part of the application is now available for review on the case file (files dated 10/11/2025).

Previous consultee responses and third party comments are also on the file.

As the application is being re-determined we are undertaking a further consultation process in full.

Copies of the application form, drawings and relevant supporting information for the application can be viewed on the Havant Public Register website: https://service.havant.gov.uk/pr/s/detail/a1ESl000004ljw8
