• Message Good morning, Please be advised that we have a leak on a water main on the A3023 Havant Road, Junction with Avenue Road, Hayling Island. We will be on site to undertake necessary repairs tonight from 2100 hours. The leak has worsened overnight and we are hoping the main will hold out until tonight however if it does burst we will need to access the road immediately. We do however appreciate that the location of these works will not be ideal for traffic flow and as we will be north of West Lane, we will not have the advantage of the one way system. We have communicated with the local residents and general public via twitter and on ours and the Hayling Island Forum facebook pages. We will also be letter dropping to residents in the surrounding area to advise them of our works.
