Please find attached the Development Consultation Forum Agenda for this Tuesday, 5:30 pm onwards to view Barratt's proposals, 6 pm prompt start to the Public Meeting with Full Council. This is an important Meeting concerning Hayling's future. Please note that Havant B.C.'s Infrastructure study of Hayling is not complete and this is an opportunity for the Developers to hear residents' concerns; our arguments must focus on relevant, material planning matters and issues. Representatives of the RSPB and Hants & IOW Wildlife will be there and we hope that the Press will be too.
