Update Langstone Rd.

It appears that the vans, lights etc seen by local Langstone residents yesterday afternoon have disappeared this morning and there is no sign of any roadworks. Yet roadworks.org still shows both symbols plus information. Of more concern is that Southern Water contact failed to call me back yesterday to update me either way and Hampshire CC Highways didn't clarify the situation.

It appears that we need an agreement from our Highways Department, who should be fully apprised of any works being agreed, to provide an online service simply displaying any work on the Langstone A3023. We also need to be informed that Southern Water, like Portsmouth Water, agrees to conduct their work overnight.
