Becoming a dementia friendly borough A new initiative which aims to make Havant communities more dementia friendly is being launched at a special event this week. Dementia Friendly Havant is hosting its first event at The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre, Havant, from 10am on Wednesday (13 February). Charge Points

New charge points roll-out across the borough Havant Borough Council has partnered with ChargePoint Services to provide three new electric vehicle chargers in the borough – enabling residents and visitors to charge quickly and efficiently on the go. The 50Kw+ charge points, which are part of the GeniePoint Network, can be found in council owned car parks on South Street, Emsworth, and Tidworth Road, Leigh Park. An additional charger in Wellington Way car park, Waterlooville, is set to be completed next month. Each rapid charger is easily accessible and is compatible with any electric vehicle.
