Delivery Problems?

Please reply to Hayling Herald's Editor Elise, editor@haylingherald.co.uk , if you've had any problems with the Herald's new 'contracted-out' delivery system as she explains: "Can you please let me know if you had any issues or concerns, whether the papers were delivered safely, and whether they were covered in plastic bags if left outside because you were not in?"
